Shipping policy

All orders shipped within Canada where "Regular (no tracking)" has been selected are vacuum sealed (we are able to fit up to 4 skeins per package, if more then 4 are ordered it will be shipped in multiples of 4). This allows us to send them letter mail significantly reduce the cost of shipping for our Canadian customers.

Should you wish to have your order tracked please select "Express" shipping and tracking will be provided. All US orders are shipped using Small Packet Air which does not include tracking - if you would like tracking please reach out to me prior to placing your order and we can work through your options.
